Delivering Motivational Speeches in 6 UK Schools – Schools Motivational Speaker Cameron Parker has been extremely busy over the last 2 weeks working in 6 secondary schools in the UK. Cameron has been delivering the Power Programme in 4 of the schools. A programme designed to close the attainment gap for pupil premium students. In the remaining 2 schools Cameron has delivered multiple motivational speeches to year 10 and year 11 students.
The majority of Camerons speeches are focus on mindset and motivation, well-being and academic performance. The 6 Schools Cameron has been delivered in:
Whitburn Church of England Academy – Sunderland
North Durham Academy – Durham
The Ravensbourne School – London
Lode Heath School – Solihull
Trinity Catholic College – Middlesbrough
Unity City Academy – Middlesbrough
Here are some of the messages we have received from the students:
“I wasn’t expecting to feel so inspired, but the speaker’s story really hit home. It made me think about my own goals and how I’ve been letting fear hold me back. Now, I feel motivated to take action and believe in myself more.”
“The speaker made me think about how I spend my time and who I surround myself with. I realised I’ve been holding myself back by doubting my abilities. Now, I’m more determined to push myself and focus on what truly matters.”
“What stood out to me the most was when the speaker said that failure is just a stepping stone to success. I’ve been so afraid of messing up, but now I feel like it’s okay to make mistakes as long as I keep moving forward.”
“Thank you for coming in and listening to me about my struggles in school with my Maths.”
“I’ve never been so inspired by someone’s story before. Hearing how the speaker overcame their struggles reminded me that it’s possible to achieve my dreams no matter what obstacles come my way. I left feeling empowered and ready to work harder.”
“Was in your session today was class mate.”
“Thank you for speech today bro. Really helped me in keeping my dream alive to be a pro footballer.”
“Listening to the speaker today made me realise that setbacks don’t define who I am, but how I respond to them does. I feel like I can actually overcome the challenges I’m facing, both in school and life. It was exactly what I needed to hear.”
There you have it. There are many reason we like to share this with you. The main reason is because we believe it is important to share the important work we are doing everyday in education.
