Extremely busy week; last week of school and I finished 2016 off strong. On Monday I ran a motivational workshop at Hardenhuish School with a selected group of students from year 8 to year 11. Tuesday I visited Kings Oak Academy; Inspiring all the year 9s and then I ran a motivational workshop with 15 year 7 and 8 boys.
On Wednesday I had the full day of filming with Gadget Line Films; we visited KOA again for a testimonial from the head teacher Richard Clutterbuck, plus we visited Downed School for a testimonial from the head teacher Mark Fuller.
On Thursday I was inspiring the year 10 at Devizes School in the morning then in the afternoon I was back at The John Bentley School, working 1-1 with a year 11 student plus I had a workshop with 15 year 11 boys.
Here are some of the messages I have received over the last week:
“Hello Cameron. thank you so very much for coming to Devizes school today, you are a massive inspiration and have made me and my whole year think about a lot of things, you’ve had a terrible upbringing but you are turning your life around. I’m so proud of you”
“Thank you for today, your talk did inspire me unlike some which are a lot more boring, yours are upbeat and intriguing, keep it up”
“Thanks so much for your visit today at Devizes school. Was so inspirational and has definitely helped our year a lot. Thanks”
This week has been manic; however I have enjoyed every minute of it, every session, every hour and every day is different for me, that is why I love what I do. I love seeing people making the right choices, feeling motivated and focused on their future, there is no better feeling.
