Dreams To Reality – Motivational Speaker -This last academic year has been a crazy one. I have really seen my dreams unfold into reality, traveling up and down the UK inspiring individuals to be the best they can. Thankfully, for three days straight I invited Gadgetline on the road to capture the whole experience on film. Before you continue reading, take some time out and watch the video below:
The three days started with inspiring the University of Sussex. The students didn’t attend the university, but they were year 10 students who were invited for a day to learn about the University experience. Unfortunately, one school dropped out; therefore only a handful of students were present for the motivational talk. Nonetheless, it was a success and we jumped back in the car to head to London.
The one-hour meeting at Pinewood Studios quickly passed and before I knew it I was back on the road again heading up North. We spent the next morning at Outwood Academy Foxhills inspiring the year 10 and year 11 students. The response was incredible and you can see the video testimonial from the Headteacher below:
We left Foxhills early afternoon and headed to the Iron Athlete Gym in Rotherham, where I had the opportunity to train with and interview one of the top powerlifters in the country, Alex “The Sleepy Powerlifter” Fodor. It was a fantastic experience and you can see the video here if you are interested in fitness –>
Finally, day three; I spent a whole hour inspiring the year 11 students at Hodge Hill College, focusing on exam preparation and supporting the students in developing the right mindset three weeks before their exams. The enthusiasm and engagement from the students was incredible and I know the staff were extremely pleased – so much so that I received a video testimonial from Andrew Morgan, a teacher from the school:
We then finished the week off strong at Greenholm Primary School by inspiring the year 4’s, 5’s and 6’s. I was blown away from the response, and the questions I received at the end were incredible – something I wouldn’t expect from Primary School students. I actually came away from the school feeling inspired, but here is what the year 6 teacher had to say about the sessions:
There you have it; the three-day road trip, and I can’t wait to start next academic year off strong. My schedule is rapidly filling up, so if you would like to have a lasting impact and value in your school then email me personally on cam@cameron-parker.com and I will get back to you soon.
P.S – Here is another video from Outwood Academy Foxhills; one of their star pupils interviewed me for their school website, which you can see here:
