Drive Over Educated – What a crazy week this has been; it has been an unbelievable experience and I am taken back by the love and support I have received. If you haven’t had the chance to see it; on Tuesday I posted my BBC Pointswest interview, this opportunity came about on Monday, when I was invited to talk on live TV.
Of course I jumped at the opportunity; despite not having any experience of live TV, but life is about taking yourself out of your comfort zone and making things happen regardless of how you feel.
On social media I posted “When I say ‘Dreams To Reality’ I mean it…when you work hard opportunities will come; 14:30 today I received the call to be on BBC, 4 hours later…here I am”
My goal is to always inspire as many people as I possibly can; and if my fans can see me going after my goals and dreams everyday then hopefully it will inspire them to do the same thing. That is why I am constantly saying ‘Dreams To Reality’ the mission is extremely important.
On the news I said I am not the most educated, talented or skilled but what I do have is a great work ethic as I work extremely hard despite being faced with some challenges, dyslexia and attention deficit disorder.
After my comments on BBC; someone messaged under the picture on Facebook saying:
“Humbleness, honesty and drive beats educated, skilled and talented any day of the week! Proud of this, hope you are too”
I absolutely loved that comment; because I couldn’t agree more and it is the truth. What we tend to do is compare ourselves to others and that can be a such a bad thing, if we don’t think we are worthy then we simply won’t work hard to achieve our dreams.
I want you and everyone else to know that things can change, you can achieve your dreams and you are special in your own unique way. So moving forward, I encourage you to be humble, be honest and move forward with determination and drive.
