On the Road with the UK’s #1 Schools Motivational Speaker – Some weeks just sum up the Dreams 2 Reality mission.
We started in London at Linklaters, hosting the Rockin Ur Teens event for boys. Standing in a global law firm, speaking to young men about mindset, standards and future pathways, is always powerful. When students step into spaces like that, their belief system expands. That’s not hype, that’s exposure changing expectation.
From there, it was straight up to Unity City Academy in Middlesbrough. This wasn’t a big assembly. This was mentoring. Smaller groups. Honest conversations. We worked on mindset, goal setting and career clarity, helping students connect their daily habits to their long-term outcomes.
Next stop was Deans Trust Adwick, Day 3 of the Power Programme with Year 11. By this stage, the excuses start fading. There’s urgency in the room. We focused on exam strategy, discipline and ownership because this term matters.
Over in Wales at Mary Immaculate High School, we worked with Year 10 and 11 students on academic performance. No gimmicks. Just practical tools, high standards and clarity around what it actually takes to improve grades.
In between school days, we filmed The School Podcast with Trystan Williams and Amjad Ali two brilliant voices in education. Those conversations matter because they challenge thinking beyond the classroom.
Back to delivery mode at Firth Park Academy, running a full Power Programme day, followed by celebrating success at the awards evening at Forge Valley School. Progress deserves recognition.
The next morning we were at Ecclesfield School with 300 Year 11 students, covering mindset, mental health and academic performance under pressure.
We finished the week at Hodge Hill College, delivering 1–1 mentoring sessions before sitting down with CEO of Arden Martin Murphy to talk long-term impact and strategy.
