Driving Real Impact in Schools Across the UK – From Manchester to the South Coast, it’s been another full week working in secondary schools across the country. Focused on one thing: delivering real impact where it actually matters.

The week started at Dean Trust Ardwick, wrapping up Day 6 of the Power Programme. Now in its second year, the consistency within the school is clear. Strong culture, high expectations, and students who are willing to engage and step up when it counts.

From there, it was onto Abbeywood Community School, part of Olympus Academy Trust, for Day 7. With GCSE exams approaching, the focus naturally shifts, less talk and more execution. Helping students stay consistent, manage pressure and actually apply the strategies they’ve been building over time.

Midweek brought a return to E-ACT Shenley Academy, working with Year 11. The progress over the last 12 months is clear to see. Better energy, stronger focus and students far more locked in during sessions.Driving Real Impact in Schools Across the UK

Next stop was Wycliffe College, working with Year 10 on careers, direction and standards. These sessions are about helping students connect what they’re doing now to where they want to get to something that’s often missing but makes a real difference.

The week finished at Ferndown Upper School, near Bournemouth, delivering an Impact Day for Years 11 to 13. Big energy, strong engagement and exactly what you want to see this close to exams.

The truth? It’s been a lot of miles and a lot of energy. But this work isn’t about “rah rah” motivation.

It’s about implementation. Across every school, the focus is the same: getting more students into lessons, more engaged in their learning, and more consistent in how they approach their future. That’s where real impact happens.

And that’s what schools are looking for now, not just a motivational speaker, but a structured approach that actually drives change.

Here is what the Headteacher Rash Rahman of Shenley Academy Posted on Linkedin:

“The incredible Cameron Parker was at Shenley Academy this morning to deliver a truly uplifting and inspiring assembly to our Year 11 cohort who are about to embark upon their GCSE examinations.”

Some Student Feedback from This Week:

“Hi Cam, I was in your group last lesson today and I wanted to say that you really do make a difference. You’re doing awesome work that I think young people need more of, so thank you. I hope messages like this keep your passion and drive for helping people alive. Thank you.”

“Hey, you came to Ferndown today and after your talk it has changed my perspective on a lot of things, just wanted to thank you for it.”
