Every Impact Day starts with The Power Hour, our high-energy assembly that’s already inspired over 1,000,000 teenagers. It sets the standard for Year 11—not just for the day, but beyond.
We then deliver four focused workshops for Year 11, tackling the areas schools say make the biggest difference. The day continues with a Staff CPD session on standards, expectations, and real insights from Cameron’s work in schools.
Finally, we bring in Year 11 parents and carers, connecting the dots between school and home—because what happens beyond the school gates is just as important to student success.
