Kicking off the week on Tuesday at Dean Trust Ardwick, Cameron returned to wrap up the Power Programme with Year 11 students, just ahead of their GCSE exams. The final session served as a powerful reminder of the journey the students had been on—building resilience, sharpening focus, and preparing mentally for the challenges ahead. With motivation high and goals clearly in sight, Year 11s walked away not only ready for exams, but also for life beyond the classroom.

On Wednesday, the momentum surged forward as Cameron teamed up with fellow Dreams 2 Reality speaker Jon, launching the Power Programme at Orchard Mead Academy in Leicester for a new cohort of Year 10s. The launch event was packed with energy, purpose, and passion. Students were challenged to think big, take ownership of their futures, and engage fully with the year ahead.

The response from staff and students was overwhelmingly positive. Tom Hague, School Director at The Mead Educational Trust, captured the day perfectly in a post on LinkedIn:

“It felt a momentous day this week when Cameron Parker joined us at Orchard Mead Academy to launch the Power Programme with Year 10.
With literally a year to go until they will be kicking off their own exams, this week has been a big one for Year 10: scene-setting assembly with our Principal and also our brilliant Assistant Principal for Achievement, Beatrice Finn, the launch of the homework initiative and then Cam and his partner Jon doing their thing.
On the way out of one of the sessions, a student thanked me for the opportunity – we pass on our thanks to The Mead Educational Trust for supporting our plans!”Coaching and mentoring in schools with Jonathan Thomas.

The week wrapped up with two impactful days in Middlesbrough at Unity City Academy, where Cameron ran 1-to-1 coaching sessions with Year 10 and Year 11 students. These personalised sessions are a key part of the Power Programme’s long-term impact—allowing Cameron to dig deeper into individual student goals, confidence issues, and mindset challenges. It’s where lasting change happens, and the feedback speaks for itself.

From assemblies to coaching sessions, from Leicester to Middlesbrough, Cameron’s work continues to spark transformation in classrooms up and down the country. The Power Programme isn’t just about motivation—it’s about movement: helping young people take real steps toward their goals, exams, and dreams.
