Discovering Dyslexia – am I Dyslexic? – There is no doubt we all go through our own personal battles and challenges; that is life, and I do talk about how it is okay to struggle from time to time.
As the majority of you know in my motivational sessions I do share my story and experiences, however, one thing I don’t discuss too much is about my dyslexia. Until now; before I continue, watch the video below:
There you have it; I hope you enjoyed my most recent motivational video, this video was taken when I was delivering a motivational workshop for year 11s at Castle View Academy in Portsmouth.
Here are some messages I received from the students after I delivered the workshop:
“Hello Cam, I just wanted to message you and say thank you for the motivational and inspirational speech you did for us at Castle View.”
“It really made me think of everything, like to not care about what my friends think but focus on what I want to get out of everything and not to worry about what they think. Thank you.”
I digress, but yes back to dyslexia. Moving forward I am going to discuss my personal battle with dyslexia more often because there are many lessons I have learned from it.
Many lessons that people I believe can benefit from, especially if you are finding it difficult to overcome your own personal battles.
However; I do understand just discussing our challenges and obstacles is not enough.
That is why our YouTube channel is littered with tips and strategies that can benefit you, and the good news is I have so many more videos coming soon.
Until then please share with me on social media what challenges you are currently facing; because my team is committed to continuing to help the best way we can.
Also, feel free to shoot me a personal email at email@example.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Until next time please remember; you can have excuses, or you can have results. But you can’t have both.
